I have worked incredibly hard for over 15 years with Place Bulimba and I have been honoured to have received many sales awards during this time. While I am proud of my achievements, I understand that in order to continue to be a high performer, I must continue to provide top results and excellent customer service to my clients, and this is my absolute focus.
I have had the privilege of becoming a Partner in the Place Bulimba business. Paula Pearce is a dedicated sales professional with over 25 years’ experience who lives and works in the local area. Paula has a local understanding and connection with the community giving her buyers confidence to move forward with offers on her property listings.
Prior to her real estate career, Paula was a professional contracts negotiator for a global software company, responsible for managing one of the company’s largest accounts. Paula’s ability to leverage her corporate negotiation background has provided her with a competitive advantage and significantly contributed to her success as a real estate professional.
Now, with over 15 years’ experience selling real estate in Brisbane, Paula is an award winning real estate agent having received an REIQ award for excellence. She is consistently ranked in the top 1% of sales agents in Queensland and is a senior member of the Place team. Paula is a top performing agent achieving many successful sales and building an exceptional network of buyers, sellers and developers in the local marketplace. Paula recognises the importance of giving back to the community and, as such, is a proud sponsor of the Norman Park State School, The Forgotten Women and the MND and Me Foundation, which supports people suffering from Motor Neurone Disease and their families.
Over the past 12 months, the growth of Place Bulimba has seen the evolution of Place One Group or the OG. Now four Place offices; Bulimba, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill and Carindale, but still one community committed to providing excellence.
Given Paula’s extensive industry experience and successful sales track record, it is not surprising she made the decision to become a Partner of Place One Group. The structure of the Place One Group business ensures Paula’s key responsibilities remain unchanged. Paula’s sole responsibility is to continue to list and sell residential properties.
